Located on a 10,000 m² beachfront plot on Durrat Island, this private club house resort brings together four identical bungalows arranged around a generous 6,000 m² communal garden facing the Red Sea. The landscape heart of the project is defined by a layered sequence of water features - a Jacuzzi, shallow pool, 25-metre lap pool, and an infinity pool dissolving into the beach beyond. Shared communal areas weave between the bungalows and pools, creating a cohesive resort environment that balances privacy with a rich, collective outdoor living experience.
